Hail season is once again upon us. Here are some tips you can use to limit the impact hail can have on you.
- Leave your car IN your garage. Clean out your garage, carport or whatever you have to keep your vehicle in a covered space. You don’t want your car looking like this guys!
- If you have no garage or carport try to park under a large roof or a stable tree that may keep some of the hail off your vehicle.

• Before a Storm happens be sure your trees are well maintained and your gutters are clean from all debris. Bring any exterior property and lawn furniture inside or under a roof.
After a Storm
• Inspect the damage and check for leaks; put a tarp over the damaged or leaking area asap....

Be aware of what could possibly happen around you, like if you live by the ocean get educated on flooding, if you live in a forest be aware of the risk of forest fire.
Sometimes you have to abandon your home for an extended period of time and you need to be aware of that fact and prepared to do so.
